Thank you for choosing and trusting The Bryant Center for your event. It is our desire to ensure that your event is pleasurable. To ensure the success of your event please review our policy and procedures guidelines.
HOURS: The Bryant Center is rented in four hour increments. Any event that shall exceed the booked time will result in an additional fee of $100.00 per hour after your 4-hour contracted time. The Bryant Center is available seven days a week.

CONTRACT: Any event at The Bryant Center must have a legal binding negotiated contract. It is the responsibility of the client to notify The Bryant Center immediately of any changes in reference to the contracted event. Failure to do so may lead additional fees and/or charges. Misrepresentation of the type of event being held may lead to the cancellation of your event with the forfeiture of any fees paid. The Client may place The Bryant Center, on a forty-eight (48) hour courtesy hold. The hold may be placed either in person, email or by telephone. A signed contract and a 50% deposit is required to guarantee the reservation and must be made within forty-eight (48) hours to secure the date and time. If a signed contract and deposit is not paid, the hold will be removed. All balances must be paid fourteen (14) days prior to the event.
PAYMENTS: Payments can be made with Cash, Business Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, MC, VISA, Discover or AMEX. Please submit payments to: DeJai's United, LLC, 4 NE 10th Street, #180, Oklahoma City, OK 73104. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
FACILITY RENTAL: Our facility rental includes: Set-Up, Clean-Up, Black, White or Ivory Tablecloths, Linen Napkins, Basic Centerpieces, Projector Screens, Podium, Microphone. VIP Lounge, Multipurpose Suite. *China,Glassware, Flatware add'l charge*
ACCOMPANIMENTS: Hostess, Servers, Chef, Catering Coordinator, Bartender, Alcoholic Beverages, Candy Station, Chocolate Fountain, Fresh Flowers, Dance Floor, A/V Engineer, Additional Microphones.
SERVERS: When booking your event at The Bryant Center, we will provide you with an estimate of your food and services. Our recommendation for servers are based upon the number of expected guests. Additional Fees Will Apply.
CAPACITY: Our banquet center is equipped to accommodate up to 400 guests. Room capacities must be strictly adhered to for fire safety concerns.
CATERING POLICY: No outside food or beverages allowed with the exception of the wedding cake or specialty food item(s). The Bryant Center provides full catering services for both on-site events as well as off-site events, through B & B Catering. Please see catering contracts and menus for further details.
BAR SERVICES: The Bryant Center provides Bar Services at your event for an additional cost. Security is required for events serving alcohol. YOU MAY NOT SERVE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21. Security services will be billed at $125.00 for the four hour rental period. Any event that shall exceed the contracted time will result in an additional fee of $50.00 for every hour after the contracted time.
DANCE FLOOR: The Bryant Center has a designated solid surface dance floor available for your convenience. A wooden dance floor can be rented for an additional fee.
THE BRYANT CENTER STAFF: There is always a staff member on site during your event.
